Ingredients

  • 2 cups flour

  • 1 tea glass of milk

  • 1 tea glass of water

  • 1 teaspoon salt

  • 1 teaspoon sugar

  • 1 packet instant yeast

  • Stuffing:
    200 grams of beef mince

  • 1 onion, chopped

  • 2 cloves of garlic, crushed

  • 1 tea glass grated cheddar cheese

  • 1 tea glass barbecue sauce

  • Salt, black pepper, chilli flakes (optional)

Directions

  • Put the warm water in a bowl. Add sugar and yeast into it and wait for the yeast to rise.
  • Put the flour into a large bowl, open the centre like a pool. Add the yeast mixture, milk and salt and start kneading.
  • Knead until you get a soft dough that does not stick to your hands. Cover it and leave it to ferment.
  • After the dough is fermented, divide it into walnut sized pieces. Roll out each piece with the help of a rolling pin.
  • Fry the minced meat in a pan to prepare the filling. Add chopped onion and garlic and continue roasting.
  • Add barbecue sauce, salt and spices to the roasted mixture. Remove from the stove and let it cool.
  • Put the mixture into the dough, close the edges and place them on the tray with greaseproof paper.
  • Bake in a preheated 180 degree oven until the top is well browned.
