Ingredients

  • 4 pieces of chicken breast

  • Salt and black pepper

  • 1 tbsp vegetable oil

  • 200 grams mushrooms, sliced

  • 1 cup grated cheddar cheese

  • 1 cup Monterey Jack cheese (or similar cheese), grated

  • 8 slices of fried beef bacon

  • 2 tbsp butter

  • 2 tbsp freshly chopped green onions (optional)

  • For Sauce

  • 1/2 cup mayonnaise

  • 1 tbsp honey mustard

  • 1 tbsp Dijon mustard

Directions

  • Season the chicken breasts with salt and pepper. Then fry the chicken breasts in oil and brown well on both sides and cook. Leave until the chicken is completely cooked.
  • In the same pan, add the sliced mushrooms and cook over low heat until the mushrooms release their juice.
  • For the sauce, mix the mayonnaise, honey mustard and Dijon mustard in a bowl.
  • Spread the sauce you prepared on the fried chicken breasts.
