  • 1 green pepper, chopped

  • 1 red pepper, chopped

  • 1 tomato, diced

  • 1/2 cup peas

  • 1/2 cup chicken broth

  • 2 cups hot water or chicken broth

  • Salt, pepper, saffron (optional)

  • Extra virgin olive oil

Directions
