Ingredients

  • 1 head broccoli, cut into small florets

  • 2 tbsp soy sauce

  • 1 tbsp sesame oil

  • 2 cloves of garlic, thinly sliced

  • 1 tsp fresh ginger, grated

  • 1 tsp honey or maple syrup

  • 1 tbsp rice vinegar

  • 1 tsp sesame seeds (optional)

  • Fresh coriander or green onion (for serving)

Directions

  • Wash and cut the broccoli into small florets and set aside.
  • Heat sesame oil in a large pan. Add finely sliced garlic and grated ginger and sauté over low heat.
  • Add the broccoli florets to the pan and fry lightly.
  • Add soy sauce, honey or maple syrup, rice vinegar. Mix the mixture well.
  • Switch off the pan and let it steep for a few minutes to allow the broccoli to absorb the sauce.
