  • 250 grams Biscoff biscuit

  • 100 grams butter (melted)

  • 600 grams of cream cheese

  • 200 grams of granulated sugar

  • 4 large size eggs

  • 1/2 cup sour cream

  • 1/2 cup flour

  • 1 tsp vanillin (vanillin sugar or vanillin extract)

  • 1/2 cup of milk

  • 150 grams of Biscoff paste (extra for decoration)

  • For Topping

  • Biscoff biscuit pieces

  • Biscoff paste


  • Preheat the oven to 160°C (140°C for fan ovens).
  • Grind the Biscoff biscuits into powder by passing through a rondo. Mix with the melted butter.
  • Spread the biscuit mixture evenly on the bottom of a springform cake tin and press firmly to form a base. Refrigerate for 15-20 minutes.
  • Beat the cream cheese well with a mixer. Then add granulated sugar and mix.
  • Add the eggs one by one and beat well after each addition.
  • Add sour cream and vanillin and mix.
  • Sift the flour and whisk the mixture until homogenous.
  • Finally add the milk and mix.

  • Leave to cool at room temperature after removing from the oven. Then let it rest in the refrigerator for at least 4 hours.
