  • 500 grams squid, cleaned and sliced into rings

  • ½ cup of olive oil

  • 3 cloves of garlic, crushed

  • Half lemon juice

  • Salt and black pepper (according to taste)

  • Fresh chopped parsley (for serving)


  • Put the cleaned squid in a bowl. Add olive oil, crushed garlic, lemon juice, salt and pepper. Mix well and marinate the squid with this mixture. Refrigerate for at least 30 minutes.
  • Fry the marinated squid on the grill or in a pan over high heat. Cook on both sides until nicely coloured. Cooking time is usually around 3-4 minutes.
