  • 1 teaspoon lemon juice

  • Half teaspoon vanillin (optional)

  • Wash and sort the grapes: As a first step, wash the fresh grapes thoroughly and remove the stems. If the grapes have seeds, you can also remove them.
  • Put the grapes in a large bowl: Put the cleaned grapes in a bowl. You can add lemon juice to this bowl to add extra flavour and acidity.
  • Add Sugar: Optionally add granulated sugar to the grapes. You can adjust the amount of sugar according to your own taste preference. If you want to be content with the natural sugar content, you can leave it out.
