  • 150 grams bacon or beef ham (chopped)

  • 3 egg yolks

  • 1 cup grated parmesan cheese

  • Half a glass of grated white cheese

  • 2 tablespoons of olive oil

  • 3 cloves of garlic (crushed)

  • 1 teaspoon black pepper

  • Salt (according to taste)

  • Fresh chopped fresh basil (optional, for serving)


  • Boil the rigatoni pasta in salted boiling water until al dente, drain and set aside.
