Ingredients

  • 2 cups rice for pilaf

  • 400 grams chicken breast, cut into small cubes

  • 1 medium onion, diced

  • 2 tbsp butter or oil

  • 1 tsp granulated sugar

  • 1 tsp turmeric

  • 1 tsp black pepper

  • 1 tsp salt

  • 4 cups chicken broth or water

  • Half a glass of hot water (optional)

Directions

  • Wash and drain the rice well. Chop the onion.
