  • 4 chicken thighs or breasts

  • Half a glass of olive oil

  • 2 cloves of garlic, grated

  • Half lemon juice

  • Fresh thyme or rosemary (optional)

  • Salt and black pepper


  • Marinating Process: Put the chicken pieces in a deep bowl. Add olive oil, grated garlic, lemon juice, salt and pepper. You can also add fresh thyme or rosemary if you are going to use them. Coat the chicken in this mixture and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes, or for several hours if possible.
  • Preheat the oven: Preheat the oven to 180°C (350°F).
  • Bake the Chicken: Place the chicken pieces on a baking tray lined with greaseproof paper. Drizzle some of the marinade over the chicken pieces.
