Ingredients

  • 300 grams boneless chicken breast, boiled and diced

  • 2 cups broccoli, cut into small florets and boiled

  • 1 cup chick beans, boiled

  • 1 red chilli, chopped

  • 1 carrot, grated

  • Half a glass of corn kernels

  • Half a glass of fresh peas

  • 1/4 cup fresh mint, chopped

  • For Sauce
    3 tablespoons olive oil

  • 2 tablespoons of lemon juice

  • 1 clove of garlic, grated

  • Salt and black pepper

Directions

  • Chop the boiled chicken breast and place in a large salad bowl.
  • Add boiled broccoli, chick beans, chopped red pepper, grated carrot, corn kernels, fresh peas and chopped fresh mint.
