Ingredients

  • 2 chicken breasts (boiled and chopped)

  • 1 cup green grapes (half or whole)

  • 1 cup red grapes (half or whole)

  • 1 cup white grapes (half or whole)

  • Half a glass of walnut (optional, coarsely chopped)

  • 4 chick eggs (boiled and sliced)

  • Half a glass of strained yoghurt

  • 2 tablespoons mayonnaise

  • Half lemon juice

  • Salt and black pepper (according to taste)

Directions

  • Chop the boiled chicken breasts and place in a large salad bowl.
  • Wash the green, red and white grapes and add them without removing the stems.
  • Add sliced chick eggs and optional walnut kernels.
