  • 200 grams of dark chocolate

  • 200 grams of butter

  • 1 water glass of granulated sugar

  • 4 eggs

  • 1 cup flour

  • 1/2 cup cocoa

  • 1/2 cup condensed milk (canned)

  • 1 teaspoon vanillin extract

  • 1/2 teaspoon salt

  • 1 cup walnut or hazelnut (optional)


  • Melt the chocolate in a bain-marie or microwave oven. Add the butter and mix.
  • Add the granulated sugar and whisk until well mixed with the chocolate and butter.
  • Add the eggs one by one and mix each one well.
  • Sift in the flour, cocoa and salt and mix until the mixture is homogenous.
  • Add the condensed milk and vanillin extract and mix.
  • Optionally, add chopped walnuts or hazelnuts and mix.
  • Pour the mixture into a container lined with greaseproof paper.
  • Bake in a preheated 180 degree oven for about 25-30 minutes until a toothpick inserted comes out clean.
