  • 2 cups flour

  • 1 cup cocoa

  • 1.5 cups granulated sugar

  • 1/2 tea glass of oil

  • 3 eggs

  • 1 glass of milk

  • 1 packet of vanillin sugar

  • 1 packet of baking powder

  • A pinch of salt

  • 100 grams dark chocolate (optional, crushed)

  • For Topping

  • Powdered sugar


  • Preheat the oven to 180 degrees. Grease the cake mould or line with greaseproof paper.
  • In a mixing bowl, whisk the eggs and granulated sugar until the consistency of cream.
  • Add oil, milk, vanillin sugar and mix.
  • In a separate bowl, mix the flour, cocoa, baking powder and salt. Slowly add this mixture to the liquid mixture and mix until you get a homogeneous consistency.
  • Optionally, add the crushed dark chocolates and add them to the mixture.
