  • 500 grams of feta cheese (well drained)

  • 1 cup of yoghurt

  • Half a glass of milk

  • 1 clove of garlic (optional, grated)

  • Half a tea glass of olive oil

  • Half a bunch of fresh mint (optional, finely chopped)

  • Half a bunch of fresh thyme (optional, finely chopped)

  • Black pepper (according to your taste)

  • Salt (optional, adjust according to the salt content of the feta cheese)


  • Drain the feta cheese well, discard the water and mash it into a puree.
  • Put the cheese puree in a bowl with yoghurt, milk, olive oil, garlic, black pepper and salt (optional).
  • Mix the ingredients well to get a creamy consistency.
  • Add finely chopped fresh mint and fresh thyme. You can optionally add more spices or herbs.
