Ingredients

  • 2 cups of milk

  • 100 grams dark chocolate (grated or chopped)

  • 2 tbsp cocoa

  • 2 tbsp granulated sugar (optional, can be adjusted according to your taste)

  • 1 tsp corn starch

  • 1 tsp vanillin sugar

  • A pinch of salt

  • Grated chocolate and marshmallows (for decoration, optional)

Directions

  • Put the milk in a casserole pot and heat it. Remove from the stove before it starts to boil.
  • Add grated or chopped dark chocolate to the heated milk. Stir until the chocolate melts.
  • Add cocoa, granulated sugar (optional), corn starch, vanillin, sugar and salt and mix. Continue stirring until the mixture reaches a homogenous consistency.
  • Put the casserole pot back on the stove and cook over low heat, stirring constantly before the mixture boils. After boiling, cook for 1-2 minutes more and remove from the stove.
