Ingredients

  • 4 cucumber

  • 2 cloves of garlic (crushed)

  • 1 tablespoon of light soy sauce

  • 1 tablespoon black vinegar

  • 1 teaspoon sesame oil

  • Half a teaspoon of granulated sugar

  • 1 teaspoon sesame seeds

  • Fresh coriander or spring onion (optional, for garnish)

Directions

  • Wash and peel the cucumbers as desired. Cut into thin slices or chop into large pieces.
  • Add the crushed garlic, light soy sauce, black vinegar, sesame oil and granulated sugar to a bowl. Mix the ingredients to obtain a homogeneous sauce.
  • Pass the cucumber slices through the sauce you have prepared and blend well.
  • Place the cucumber on a serving plate. Sprinkle sesame seeds on it and optionally garnish with fresh coriander or spring onion.
  • Refrigerate the cucumber for at least 15-20 minutes.
