Ingredients

  • 6 egg whites

  • 1 cup chopped spinach

  • 1/2 cup chopped mushrooms

  • 1/4 cup chopped red pepper

  • 1/4 cup grated curd cheese

  • Salt and pepper (to taste)

  • 1 tablespoon olive oil (to grease the tops)

Directions

  • Set the oven to 180 degrees (preheated). Grease the muffin tray or line it with paper mold
