  • Half a glass of soya sauce

  • 1/4 cup honey or molasses

  • 3 cloves of garlic (grated)

  • Freshly ground black pepper

  • 2 tablespoons of olive oil

  • Salt (optional)

  • Sesame seeds and fresh greens (for serving)

Directions

  • Set the oven to 180 degrees (preheated).
