  • 500 grams of beef mince

  • 1 onion, grated

  • 2 cloves of garlic, crushed

  • 1 egg

  • 1/2 cup bread crumbs or breadcrumbs

  • 2 tbsp milk

  • Salt and black pepper

  • 2 tbsp oil (for frying)


  • Put the ground beef in a bowl. Add grated onion, crushed garlic, egg, bread crumbs or breadcrumbs, milk, salt and black pepper.
  • Mix the ingredients by kneading. Prepare your meatball mixture by shaping the meatballs in the size you want.
  • Heat the oil in a pan. Cook the meatballs in the pan until golden brown on both sides.
  • Place the cooked meatballs on a paper towel to absorb the excess oil.
