  • 500 grams of beef or lamb mince

  • 1 medium onion, grated

  • 2 cloves of garlic, crushed

  • 1/2 cup gluten-free breadcrumbs or gluten-free bread crumbs

  • 1 egg

  • 1 teaspoon salt

  • 1/2 teaspoon black pepper

  • 1/2 teaspoon chilli flakes (optional)

  • 2 tablespoons of oil (so that the mince is not dry)


  • Put the mince in a large bowl.
  • Add grated onion, crushed garlic, breadcrumbs or gluten-free bread crumbs, egg, salt and spices.
  • Mix the ingredients well. Make sure the mince is homogenously mixed.
