  • 500 grams of beef mince
  • 1 cup gluten-free breadcrumbs

  • 1 onion (grated)

  • 2 cloves of garlic (crushed)

  • 1 egg

  • 1 tea glass of milk

  • Salt and black pepper (according to taste)

  • 2 tablespoons olive oil (for frying)


  • In a large mixing bowl, mix the mince, grated onion, crushed garlic, egg and milk.
  • Add the breadcrumbs and knead the mixture. If the mixture is a little hard, you can add a little more milk.
  • Add salt and black pepper and knead again.
  • Take walnut sized pieces of the mixture and roll them in the palm of your hand, then press lightly to shape them into meatballs.
  • Heat the olive oil in a large pan. Place the meatballs in the pan and fry until golden brown on both sides.
  • Remove the meatballs to a plate lined with paper towels to drain the excess oil.
