  • 300 grams of ground sausage

  • 2 cups of pasta

  • 1 onion (chopped)

  • 2 cloves of garlic (crushed)

  • 1 green chilli (chopped)

  • 1 red chilli (chopped)

  • 1 cup grated kashar cheese

  • 1 glass of milk

  • 2 tbsp vegetable oil

  • Salt, black pepper, chilli flakes (optional)

  • Fresh parsley (for serving)


  • Boil the pasta in salted water, drain and set aside.
  • Heat the oil in a large skillet, add the chopped onion and sauté until it turns pink.
  • Then add garlic, green pepper, red pepper and saute.
  • Add the ground sausages and continue sautéing.
  • After the sausages are roasted well, add the boiled pasta to the pan and mix.
  • Add the milk and stir, then add the grated cheddar cheese.
  • Add salt, black pepper and optional red pepper flakes and mix.
  • Cook the mixture over low heat until the cheese melts.
  • Garnish with fresh parsley before placing on a serving plate.
