Ground Turkey Pasta Recipes

  • 300 g turkey ground meat

  • 2 cups of pasta

  • 1 onion (chopped)

  • 2 cloves of garlic (crushed)

  • 1 tbsp tomato paste

  • 1 cup grated kashar cheese

  • 2 tbsp olive oil

  • Salt and black pepper (optional)

  • Fresh parsley (for serving)


  • Boil a pot of water and boil the pasta according to the instructions on the packet. After boiling, drain and set aside.
  • Heat the olive oil in another pan. Add the chopped onions and fry until they turn pink.
  • Add the ground turkey and cook while stirring until it is browned.
  • Add the crushed garlic cloves and sauté together with the minced meat.
  • Add the tomato paste, stir and cook for a few more minutes.
  • Add the boiled pasta to the minced meat mixture. Season with salt and pepper, stir and cook for a few more minutes.
  • Add the grated kasar cheese and stir until the mixture melts without removing from the stove.
  • Place on serving plates and sprinkle freshly chopped parsley all over.
