  • 1 water glass whole wheat flour

  • 1/2 cup coconut flour

  • 1/4 cup chia seeds

  • 1/4 cup flax seeds (ground)

  • 1/2 cup coconut oil or olive oil

  • 1/2 cup honey or maple syrup

  • 1 egg

  • 1 tea glass grated dark chocolate

  • 1 teaspoon vanillin extract

  • 1/2 teaspoon salt

  • 1/2 teaspoon baking powder
