  • 1 cup of chilli paste

  • 3 tbsp vinegar

  • ½ cup honey

  • 3 cloves of garlic (crushed)

  • 1 tsp salt

  • 1 tsp chilli flakes (optional, you can increase the hotness according to your preference)

  • ¼ cup of water


  • Put the chilli paste into a large bowl.
  • Add the vinegar and whisk well until you get a homogenous consistency.
