  • 1 cup nougat sugar (grated or cut into small pieces)

  • 1 glass of water

  • 1 cup granulated sugar

  • 1 packet (10 grams) jelly powder

  • Half lemon juice


  • Add water and granulated sugar into a pot. Bring the mixture to a boil over medium heat while stirring.
  • When the sugar is completely dissolved and the mixture boils, add the grated or chopped nougat sugar. Stir the mixture to dissolve the nougat sugar.
