  • 2 cups flour

  • 1 cup coconut

  • 1 cup white sugar

  • 1 tea glass of water

  • 1 cup coconut oil (or other vegetable oil)

  • 1 teaspoon vanillin extract

  • Half teaspoon salt

  • Half a glass of sesame seeds (optional, for sprinkling)


  • In a large mixing bowl, combine the flour, coconut, sugar and salt.
  • In a separate bowl, combine the water, coconut oil and vanillin extract.
  • Add the wet mixture to the dry mixture and mix well until you get a homogeneous dough.
