  • Steak

  • 4 steaks (you can optionally use beef, chicken or turkey)

  • Black Pepper

  • Olive Oil

  • Rice

  • 2 cups of rice for pilaf

  • 4 cups of hot water or broth

  • 1 onion (chopped)

  • 2 tbsp butter or oil

Directions
