  • 500 grams of beef mince
  • 1 onion (grated)

  • 2 cloves of garlic (crushed)

  • 1/2 cup bread crumbs or breadcrumbs

  • 1 egg

  • 1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce

  • Salt and black pepper (according to taste)

  • 2 tablespoons olive oil (for frying)


  • In a mixing bowl, combine the mince, grated onion, crushed garlic, breadcrumbs or breadcrumbs, egg and Worcestershire sauce.
  • Knead the mixture, add salt and pepper and knead again.
  • Take walnut-sized pieces of the meatball mixture and roll them in the palm of your hand, then press lightly to shape them into meatballs.
