  • 500 grams kielbasa (you can optionally use different types)

  • 2 potatoes (diced)

  • 2 carrots (round sliced)

  • 1 onion (grated)

  • 2 cloves of garlic (crushed)

  • ½ cup of peas

  • 1 cup tomato sauce

  • ½ cup of water

  • 1 tsp salt

  • ½ tsp black pepper

  • ½ tsp red chilli flakes (optional)

  • 2 tbsp vegetable oil

  • Fresh parsley (for serving)

Directions

  • Preheat the oven to 180 degrees.
  • Heat the oil in a large frying pan. Add the chopped kielbasa and fry until brown.
  • Add the grated onion and crushed garlic to the fried kielbasa and sauté.
