Ingredients

  • 2 cups of fine bulgur

  • 1 cup hot water

  • Half a glass of oil

  • 1 teaspoon salt

  • Half a tea glass of pomegranate syrup

  • Half a tea glass of lemon juice

  • 1 packet of Lipton black tea

  • 1 teaspoon chili pepper (optional)

  • Half a bunch of spring onions (optional)

  • Half a bunch of fresh mint (optional)

Directions

  • Bulghur Preparation: Put the fine bulgur in a large bowl.
    Add hot water on it and mix.
    Then cover with a cloth and wait for the bulgur to swell.
