  • 400 grams lobster meat (cleaned and chopped)

  • 400 grams of linguine pasta or pasta of your choice

  • 3 tablespoons of butter

  • 3 tablespoons of olive oil

  • 3 cloves of garlic (crushed)

  • 1 tea glass of white wine

  • Half lemon juice

  • Salt and black pepper (according to your taste)

  • Fresh parsley (chopped for serving)

Directions

  • Boil the pasta in plenty of salted water until al dente. After boiling, drain and set aside.
