Cooking time

  • 400 grams lobster meat (cleaned and chopped)

  • 400 grams of linguine pasta or pasta of your choice

  • 3 tablespoons of butter

  • 3 tablespoons of olive oil

  • 3 cloves of garlic (crushed)

  • 1 tea glass of white wine

  • Half lemon juice

  • Salt and black pepper (according to your taste)

  • Fresh parsley (chopped for serving)

  • Boil the pasta in plenty of salted water until al dente. After boiling, drain and set aside.
  • Melt the butter and olive oil in a large pan over medium heat. Add the garlic and sauté until slightly pink.
  • Add the chopped lobster meat to the pan and cook over low heat until it changes colour.
  • Add the white wine and simmer for a few minutes. Then add the lemon juice. Season with salt and pepper.
  • Add the boiled pasta to the pan and mix well with the lobster sauce. Stir for a few minutes to allow the pasta to absorb the sauce.
  • Put the pasta on the serving plates and sprinkle with freshly chopped parsley.
  • Serve hot and enjoy!

  • Lobster Selection: Using fresh lobster significantly enhances the flavour of the dish. Work carefully when cleaning the lobster and chop the meat accurately.
  • Cooking the Pasta: Cooking pasta al dente enhances the flavour of the dish. This keeps the pasta slightly al dente and allows the lobster sauce to be better absorbed.
  • Garlic Flavour: Garlic enhances the flavour of this recipe. Crush or grate the garlic before sautéing in butter and olive oil.
  • White Wine Selection: The quality of the white wine you use for the dish affects the flavour of the sauce. You can get a richer flavour by using a quality white wine.
  • Balancing Lemon Juice: Lemon juice adds a slight freshness to the dish. However, it is important to balance the amount well. Start with a small amount to achieve a fine balance and increase by controlling the flavour.
  • Consistency of the sauce: For the sauce to adhere well to the pasta, add the lobster sauce just before the pasta and cook while stirring for a few minutes. Thus, the pasta will absorb the sauce well.
  • Parsley Addition: Freshly chopped parsley adds freshness and visual beauty to the dish. Do not forget to add the parsley before serving.
  • Serving Temperature: Lobster pasta should be served hot. Serving hot allows the sauce to penetrate the pasta better.
  • By following these tips, you can ensure that your lobster pasta has a perfect flavour and texture. Bon appetit in advance!
