  • 1 red chilli (chopped)

  • 1 onion (chopped)

  • 2 cloves of garlic (crushed)

  • 1/4 cup butter

  • 1 cup cream

  • 1/2 cup grated cheese (optional)

  • Salt and black pepper (according to your taste)

  • Fresh coriander or parsley (for serving)


  • Melt the butter in a pan. Add the chopped onions and garlic and sauté until soft.
  • Add the green and red chillies and sauté for a few more minutes.
