  • 400 grams of your favourite pasta type

  • 2 tablespoons salt

  • 1 tablespoon olive oil

  • For Sauce:
    3 tablespoons butter

  • 3 cloves of garlic, crushed

  • 1 water glass of cream

  • 1 cup grated parmesan cheese

  • Salt and black pepper (you can adjust according to your taste)

  • Fresh chopped parsley (for serving)


  • Boil the pasta in salted water for the time specified on the package. You can prevent the pasta from sticking by adding a little olive oil to the boiling water.
  • During the boiling time of the pasta, melt the butter in a large pan. Add the garlic and roast lightly.
  • Add the cream on the roasted garlic. Stir until the mixture starts to boil.
  • Add grated parmesan cheese to the boiling mixture. Stir until the mixture thickens.
  • When your sauce reaches the desired consistency, adjust it according to your taste by adding salt and pepper.
  • Add the boiled pasta into the sauce and mix well. Keep it together for a few minutes so that all the pasta absorbs the sauce well.
