Ingredients

  • 1 water glass of granulated sugar
  • 2 eggs

  • 1 glass of milk

  • Half a glass of oil

  • 2 cups flour

  • 1 packet of baking powder

  • Half a packet of vanillin sugar

  • Half a teaspoon of cinnamon

  • Half a teaspoon of powdered ginger

  • Half teaspoon salt

  • For Topping

  • 100 grams dark chocolate (grated)

Directions

  • Preheat the oven at 180 degrees.
  • Put the grated pumpkin in a deep bowl, add the granulated sugar and mix. Then leave the mixture for 10 minutes.
  • Add the eggs and whisk. Add oil and milk and mix.
  • In a separate bowl, mix the flour, baking powder, vanillin, cinnamon, ginger and salt.
  • Add the dry mixture to the wet mixture and mix until you get a homogenous consistency.
  • Pour the mixture into a greased tart mould.
  • Bake in the preheated oven for 40-45 minutes. You can check whether it is cooked by using a toothpick test.
  • After the pie comes out of the oven, sprinkle grated dark chocolate over it and wait until the chocolate melts.
