Ingredients

  • 1 water glass of blackberries

  • 1 cup raspberry

  • 1 cup blueberries

  • Half a glass of fresh mint leaves

  • 2 tablespoons fresh lemon juice

  • 1-2 tablespoons agave syrup or honey (optional)

  • 2 cups of carbonated water

  • To decorate with frozen fruit and mint leaves

Directions

  • Blend blackberries, raspberries, blueberries and fresh mint leaves in a blender until smooth.
  • Strain the fruit mixture you have obtained with the help of a strainer to obtain fruit puree.
  • Put the fruit puree you obtained in a mixing bowl. Add fresh lemon juice on it. Optionally, sweeten it by adding agave syrup or honey.
  • Mix the fruit mixture thoroughly with carbonated water. Transfer this mixture into a jug.
