  • 500 grams of chicken breast (boiled and shredded)

  • 2 tbsp mayonnaise

  • 2 tbsp strained yoghurt

  • ½ cup grated fresh cheddar cheese

  • 1 tbsp fresh lemon juice

  • Half teaspoon salt

  • Half a tsp of black pepper

  • 1 tsp freshly chopped parsley

  • 1 tsp sweet red chilli powder (optional)

  • Fresh vegetables and greens (for serving)


  • Finely shred the boiled chicken breast and put it in a bowl.
  • Add mayonnaise, strained yoghurt, grated fresh kasar cheese and lemon juice.
  • Add salt, black pepper and optional sweet red pepper powder. Mix all the ingredients well.
  • Add the freshly chopped parsley to the mixture and mix again.
  • Rest the smoked chicken rub mixture in the refrigerator for a while.
