  • 400 grams of spaghetti pasta

  • 300 grams of beef mince

  • 1 onion (chopped)

  • 2 cloves of garlic (crushed)

  • 1 carrot (grated)

  • 1 red chilli (chopped)

  • 400 grams of tomato sauce

  • 2 tablespoons tomato paste

  • 1 tea glass of water

  • 1 teaspoon of dried thyme

  • Salt and black pepper (according to taste)

  • Olive Oil

  • Freshly grated parmesan cheese

  • Freshly grated parmesan cheese


  • Heat the olive oil in a pan, add the chopped onion and garlic and fry until they turn pink.
  • Add the minced meat, fry and cook until it turns colour.
  • Add grated carrot and chopped red pepper and sauté until the vegetables soften.
  • Add tomato sauce, tomato paste, water, oregano, salt and pepper. Bring the mixture to a boil, then cook over low heat for 20-25 minutes.
  • In a separate pot, boil the salted water and boil the spaghetti pasta according to the instructions on the packet.
  • Drain the boiled spaghetti noodles and divide them on the serving plates.
  • Add the prepared bolognese sauce on it.
  • Garnish with freshly grated parmesan cheese and chopped parsley and serve.
