Ingredients

  • 500 grams of thinly sliced chicken breast

  • 2 lemon juice

  • 3 tablespoons of olive oil

  • 2 cloves of garlic (optional, grated)

  • Salt and black pepper

Directions

  • Wash the chicken breast and drain the excess water well with a paper towel.
  • Place the chicken breast in a large bowl. Add lemon juice, olive oil, grated garlic (if available) and salt and pepper. Mix all the ingredients well and blend the chicken breast in the sauce.
  • Refrigerate the prepared chicken breast for at least 30 minutes, preferably 1-2 hours. During this time, the chicken will absorb the flavour of the marinade well.
  • Heat a grill wire or a frying pan. Place the marinated chicken breasts on the wire rack or frying pan.
  • Cook the chicken on both sides on the grill or in the pan until golden brown. On average, between 5-7 minutes per side may be required.
  • Place the cooked chicken breast hot on a serving plate. Garnish with fresh herbs or sliced lemon.
