Ingredients

  • 500 grams chicken breast, thinly sliced

  • 2 tbsp olive oil

  • 2 tbsp lemon juice

  • 1 tsp salt

  • 1/2 tsp black pepper

  • Optional: Chilli flakes or fresh/ground thyme

Directions

  • Cut the chicken breast into thin slices. This allows the chicken to cook faster.
  • Put the thinly sliced chicken in a large bowl.
  • Add olive oil, lemon juice, salt, black pepper, optional chilli flakes and oregano.
