Ingredients

  • 2 cans of canned tuna fish

  • 1 medium onion (chopped)

  • 2 cloves of garlic (crushed)

  • 1 green chilli (chopped)

  • 1 red chilli (chopped)

  • 2 tomatoes (grated or chopped)

  • ½ cup of extra virgin olive oil

  • Salt and black pepper (according to your taste)

  • 1 tsp red chilli flakes (optional)

  • Fresh parsley or fresh coriander (for serving)

Directions

  • Heat the extra virgin olive oil in a pan. Add the chopped onion and fry until soft.
  • Add the garlic and stir until it starts to smell. Then add the chopped green chillies and red chillies and fry for a few more minutes.
  • Add the grated or chopped tomatoes. Cook while stirring until the tomatoes release their juice.
