    1/2 cup agave syrup

  • 1/4 cup coconut oil (or other vegetable oil)

  • 2 eggs (at room temperature)

  • 1 cup milk (preferably almond milk or coconut milk)

  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract


  • Preheat the oven to 180 degrees and line the cupcake tray with paper cups.
