  • 2 cloves of garlic, crushed

  • 1 large potato, diced

  • 1 cup coconut milk

  • 3 tablespoons curry powder

  • 2 tablespoons of oil

  • Salt and black pepper

Directions

  • Wash and chop the vegetables well.
